Pawless Guitar Refund Policy
Effective November 5, 2011
In the event you are not satisfied with your Pawless Guitar, you will receive a full refund with 60 days of the guitar's delivery date. I have guaranteed this refund in the past within 30, 60, or 90 days, but as of now it will be 60 days. Other time commitments to current clients will be honored.
If you cancel your order for your Pawless Guitar before completion, any payments will be refunded excluding the payment made to reserve a time for your guitar to be constructed. Example: If you made a $500 deposit to reserve a time for construction to start, and then made a $1000 payment when construction began, you will be refunded only the $1000. This is only effective for guitars purchased the November 5, 2011 date or later.
